MANILA, Philippines – In an unexpected move, content provider TAP Digital Media Ventures has rebranded the Ani-One Philippines FAST Channel as “BlastX”.

It was not known when the rebrand took place, but channel listings on the Samsung TV Plus app indicated that the channel replaced Ani-One on Channel 4065, before Aniplus on Channel 4066 and Animax on Channel 4067.

It also updated the program icon on the Samsung TV Plus Philippines website, however, it is still listed as “Ani-One”, with an update to be expected in the coming days.

As of 6am today, BlastX was still showing anime marathons from Ani-One parent Medialink Pacific, such as My Hero Academia and Kuroko’s Basketball.

It is not known how will the rebrand affect TAP DMV’s partnership with Medialink, while also raising the possibility that the channel would add anime titles from another licensor, MUSE Asia.

Several titles from MUSE are also available on TAP’s OTT platform, Blast TV, such as Frieren, SpyXFamily, and DanDaDan.

TAP DMV was also responsible for the inclusion of Bilyonaryo News Channel and Abante on Samsung TVPlus.

Ani-One’s inclusion in the Samsung TVPlus platform was first reported by Dispatches in September 2025.

The website is open for any official comment from Medialink and TAP DMV
