J-Music artists Hiroshi Kitadani, Eir Aoi make Manila Comeback on OtakuPopFes 2026 at Okada Manila DISPATCHES PHOTO

MANILA, Philippines – Anisong Maestro Hiroshi Kitadani and songstress Eir Aoi are making a Manila comeback through the inaugural OtakuPopFes event to be held in April.

The event is slated to be held at the Okada Manila Grand Ballroom and Cove Manila from April 25-26 and is organized by CBZN Perspective in partnership with CyberE of Japan.

Aside from Kitadani and Eir, K-pop group Unis will also perform at the event.

The event, will also feature Japanese anime IP such as Naruto, Dandadan, Tougen Anki and WitchWatch, as well as games Shadowverse and UmaMusume Pretty Derby.

According to Osaki Akinori of CyberE they chose the Philippines to hold the event due to the many young people who love anime and Japanese culture.
